You want them involved. You want them to healthy, and on the plan that will help them lead lives filled with fitness and productivity.
  9. Go public. Get involved with activities that will help solidify your commitment.
  10. Identify your exercise.  Find an exercise or exercise class and/or a physical activity that you enjoy and do it everyday.
