Where does your State's health rank?

The results are in for 2007 - the healthiest states listed down to those unhealthiest. Of course, everything is relative so even the top-ranking state may not be at the weight and level of health and fitness it should be. The collective health of the country cannot be singled out by one state or a few. The policies, plans, and marketing effort of government and private industry to help support the health of the citizens is completely lacking. We must make the necessary changes to get back to good health - that means weight loss for a healthy weight, a diet plan for proper nutrition, and regular exercise for fitness. Vermont remains the nation’s healthiest state according to the 15 th annual rankings. Vermont took the honor for the sixth time in the past seven years in Health Care State Rankings 2007, a reference book of state health statistics published by Morgan Quitno Press of Lawrence, Kan.
