Medifast - An Overview of the Medifast Diet

The Medifast Diet is one of the popular weight loss programs on the market today and this is a basic review of the Medifast diet. The lean and unskilful meal consists of 5-7 ounces of lean protein and 3 vegetables off the Medifast vegetable list.
